The boys were ready to work today. Here's today's workout:
1. Tire Flip - 4 x 40 seconds
2. Recline Rows - 4 x 40 seconds
3. Clean & Press - 4 x 40 seconds
3. Split-Jump Squats - 4 x 40 seconds
After the above circuit, we had some timed races doing tire flips, sandbag carry, and 100lb heavy bad carry. Good workout!
